We are proud to share with you some of the comments from our previous hunters.  We will work hard to make your experience just as exciting.  Feel free to email you testimonials to kansasracksandquacks@gmail.com

I and 3 friends came to Racks and Quacks to rifle hunt this past year. The first day I saw a monster drop tine buck, even though it was in range I was unable to get a shot off. But on the 4th day of my hunt after seeing many deer I connected on a Kansas Trophy. We all had a great time and look forward to going back next year!! I was very happy with my trophy and the whole experience was great.

A friend told me about Racks and Quacks who had very good success harvesting two nice bucks there. It was everything I expected it to be and more. The lodge was 1st class and the guides couldn't have been any better, but the hunt was absolutely unforgettable! The first morning weather conditions were unfavorable, but after we took a break and came back that afternoon we saw several shooter bucks. Since it was the first day I decided to pass on a 150+ inch deer, which was hard for me to do. My goal for this hunt was not to kill anything under 160 inches. What happened next I couldn't believe, I saw the biggest buck I had ever seen in my life and we ended up shooting him just before dark. The buck's gross score was 180 inches, this was the best hunting experience of my life. It's been four weeks and I still can't stop smiling. I highly recommend Racks and Quacks and I will be back.

We have a very limited amount of time each Fall, to capture an adequate amount of 'rock'n' deer action on tape in order to create the new episodes needed for the following Season of Inside Outdoors TV. As a result, our time HAS to be spent in the highest percentage places, and with the most dedicated outfitters. Kansas Racks & Quacks has the ground and the guides to fill this order! We have enjoyed several productive hunts with these guys and look forward to many more in the years to come!

My buddies and I go on an annual hunting trip each year. In 2009 we decided to go with Kansas Racks and Quacks, and we booked with them again for the 2010 season. It was everything we had hoped for and more. From the guides to the accommodations, everything was great. I saw several nice shooter bucks and on the 3rd day of my hunt one finally gave me the opportunity. I was very happy with my Kansas trophy and can't wait to go back next year.

Thanks Racks and Quacks,

For anyone considering a hunt with Kansas Racks & Quacks I would highly recommend giving these guys a shot. My hunt with them was quick but in that time I got to see an abundance of wildlife. I hunted with Brandon for Rio Grande Turkey, it was obvious he had done his scouting and knew where the birds were going to be. Within the first couple hours of my hunt we had called a couple toms to within shooting range. We heard them come down from the roost and heard them gobble their little heads off all the way across a large pasture, for one of them it all ended right there. I had an opportunity to get a double on these birds, unfortunately I had only bought one tag and I'll likely never make that mistake again.

We took a drive to check out the rest of the property after the hunting was done and seen many different groups of Toms that day. This property is well managed and the guys are a pleasure to hunt with. I can't go without mention that on the hunt we heard many pheasant and seen quite a few whitetails. Ask to see some pictures; they only begin to show the high quality whitetails that this property currently holds. I've heard there is an addition of a super nice cabin as well, I can only hope to return one day to check it out and enjoy yet another hunt with Kansas Racks & Quacks!

My first hunt at Racks & Quacks was during rifle season in December of 2008. Not only was it my first Kansas Whitetail hunt, it was my first time to hunt with an outfitter. So, I didn't really know what to expect but I knew my expectations were high!

I arrived the afternoon before opening day of rifle season and Brandon wanted to show me around the property so I would have an idea of where I'd be hunting the next morning. That evening was just the beginning of all the hours and the effort I'd see from the guys at R&Q during my hunt. Brandon, Zach and Andy honestly wanted to see me harvest a trophy whitetail and they did everything in there power to make it happen.

On the evening of the fourth day of hunting all our hard work paid off. After seeing literally hundreds of deer and numerous shooter bucks throughout the hunt, I saw a buck that Brandon had e-mailed me trail camera pictures of several months before. He was a massive 8 point buck they had named "Mr. Brow" because of his six to seven inch brow tines. He was an incredible sight to see that afternoon, and the perfect ending to an awesome week of hunting.

As I said, my expectations were high for Kansas Racks & Quacks and I am more than thrilled about the outcome of the hunt. I'm no professional hunter but I do know that the guys at R&Q have got a good thing going. They've worked very hard for the past several years on their deer management program and they are seeing the fruits of their labor. I can't wait to get Mr. Brow back from the taxidermist and I can't wait to go back and hunt the monster bucks at Kansas Racks & Quacks.

I was able to bowhunt Kansas for the first time fall of 2008 and was more than fortunate to do so with the guys of Racks & Quacks. From sending me updated trail pics - to the phone calls describing some of the brutes they were glassing, November couldn't get here fast enough! Time had arrived and my cameraman and I were on the road for a 13 hour drive from Tennessee. The thoughts of two specific deer, "High-Tower" and "Trash", kept me on the edge of my seat all the way! On my first mornings hunt it all happened so fast, we could barely get the camera up and on a shooter running straight for us! He was by before we could make it all come together. The rest of the week, we had multiple encounters in the 120 to 130 range, all just a little too small or a touch too far. However, on the last morning, we had a hard frost and expectations were high! Deer were running everywhere! We had seen 12-15 deer an hour into the hunt when we caught a shooter coming out of the timber to check the field. Camera rolling, awesome footage, a 140" 9 point at 15 yds with me at full draw, he stops atop the levy in head-high grass and my cameraman says don't shoot. He can't find him in the screen and if we can't get it on film, it's a no-shoot! The 4 year old buck got a bit nervous and left without another shot opportunity. Although unable to seal the deal, we had an AWESOME time trying! Brandon, Andy, and Zach pulled out all the stops in trying to get me a Kansas Giant. I highly recommend these guys a thousand times over!
